Polydoor™ offer a tailored service agreement for all products. Whilst it may not be necessary to service each Polydoor product, it may be beneficial to have products inspected to ensure they are functioning correctly. This also offers the opportunity to ensure any damage does not go ignored.
Each service is undertaken by a fully qualified engineer with all necessary safety components and parts being thoroughly tested. Each visit is recorded and full documentation is provided to record a history of any events along with any components that may need attention.
All engineers carry a large proportion of spare parts and many services that provide evidence that a repair is needed can sometimes be undertaken on the same day.
All customers who have a service contract benefit from a reduced rate for callouts and repairs. Any repairs that are covered during the warranty period are exempt from any charges, please read your service manual that is issued with the purchase of every product. If you have not received this manual within 4 weeks of the installation of your door please contact us immediately.
Polydoor also offer an exclusive extended warranty on all products where required.
